In 1989, the ISO Standard 8613 "Office Document Architecture§(ODA) and Interchange Format" was published. The Standard is§intended for the interchange of documents in an Open Systems§environment. ISO 8613 is technically identical to the CCITT§Recommendations of the T.410 series called "Open Document§Architecture (ODA) and Interchange Format" published in§1988. Almost all major companies in the office automation§and telecommunication area are currently developing products§based on this Standard.§In this book, all important aspects of the presently§publishedeight parts of the Standard are discussed.
