Various parts of Nyctanthes arbor-tristis Linn found to have many medical properties due to their significant phytochemicals. In our research, the standardization of leaf was carried out using three different extracts which include methanol, ethanol and aqueous by macroscopic, microscopic, powder analysis, chemical tests, fluorescence tests and TLC. Besides this, antioxidant tests, formulation and evaluation of sunscreen cream were also carried out. After comparing the extracts with different concentrations, we found out aqueous extract showed the best antioxidant properties compared to ethanol and methanol extract. The formulation and evaluation of sunscreen cream showed that aqueous extract has the best sunscreen protective factor compared to other extracts as methanol and ethanol. The aqueous extract formulation having higher preference to use.
