This hiker's guide to walking in Lanzarote is the result of years of study and fieldwork. It aims to provide basic information about walking routes around the island so you can discover for yourself the wealth of experiences the island has to offer in terms of its history, culture, and natural environment. The climate and the jagged terrain combine to make walking in Lanzarote an activity that should be carried out with precaution and planning.
