This series was initially intended to be a single book. However, due to its substantial length, I decided to divide it into multiple volumes. The book is only available as a Kindle version. This was done to provide readers with a more manageable and accessible experience, allowing them to engage with shorter books rather than one gigantic book. This is book number two and covers day three and four in court. The attorneys dragged this case out to make money, sadly hurting Rusty Warren in the end. I was able to format the book from public court documents so the reader could have a seamless experience. I added other court documents and photos to make the book more interesting and to share our story.
Rusty Warren was never allowed to speak for herself, never allowed to talk to the judges or the court over the phone. The opposing attorneys, the guardian and caregivers in Tucson took away her voice. Everything they claim Rusty said was hearsay in my opinion. I video taped Rusty with her permission saying what she wanted, which was not allowed in court. These private videos are on YouTube under the account of Rusty Warren Liz Rizzo. They are hard to watch but I believe it will help the reader understand how broken our legal system is and hopefully it will improve in the future.
