This classic on Buddhist meditation by Dharmanand Kosambi is a comprehensive book on the subject. Kosambi was one of the greatest Buddhist scholars of India. He wrote Samadhi Marg in Marathi almost eighty years ago to explain all the various methods of meditation taught by the Buddha. The language of original work was somewhat archaic and Kosambi didn't have all the resources that are easily available today.
