"This is the day the Lord has made" (Psalm 118:24).

Christians love to quote this verse as their outlook on an average day. But what about October 31? While some consider it "Satan's day," fraught with evil, others don't take it so seriously and merely go along with the world's celebration of the macabre and mischief-making. Still others might just close their drapes, go to bed, and say, "Wake me up when it's over."

But how should serious Christians deal with the issue of "Halloween"? Is taking children trick-or-treating compromising one's faith? Is retreating from the world on that night an act of fear, exhibiting no faith? Should Christians be standing in self-righteous judgment of those who celebrate? Or should they let it slide, figuring most people are just looking for some harmless fun for the kids to do?

One October day, two enterprising women were given the inspiration that would eventually evolve into a full-blown production. Using the seasonal themes of fear, death, and evil, this production would present them with a distinctly Christian twist: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from Satan's perspective--"Satan's worst nightmare!"

Follow Annie and Kelly, two average, small-town moms, as they stumble their way through the first years of learning the ropes for a kind of outreach that, for all they knew, had never been done before--and after the first "performance" (disaster?) might never be done again. Amid the obstacles, challenges, and attacks, marvel at the remarkable answers to prayer and unusual ways the Lord provided what (and who) was needed at just the right times. Read about valuable life lessons learned while waging a spiritual war with an enemy who clearly does not like to be mocked on "his" night!

In other words, see how the Lord uses some very ordinary women and their ordinary friends to do something extraordinary to bring glory to Him on the unlikeliest night of the year.
