Mini Canton has had her world completely turned on its head in just over a year. Thankfully, it has turned out to be a blessing in disguise-one that she has managed to take in her stride with the help of her best friend of over a decade.
After settling herself into this new life of hers, Mini is keen to get back to some aspects of her previous plans before they were derailed. On a night out, while looking to let her hair down and have a good time, she meets William Saffran-a wealthy, well dressed businessman who, much to her delight, falls under her spell immediately.
William ticks most of Mini's boxes for a one-night stand: tattoos, flirty banter, deep voice, perfect teeth, etc. But unfortunately for him, a fling is all she's after. Nothing more.
Deals are made and rules are forged, but inhibitions are eventually thrown to the wind and hearts are won over.
But without clear communication and through a constant changing of minds, someone is bound to have their feelings hurt sooner or later. Heartbreak is imminent.
