A South Londoner, born and bred, his previous collection of short stories published in 2016 was entitled "A Host of Females". In this collection, Dave Shonfield explores the concept of time. Time begets History, and we will never see characters, contained in these stories, such as Wilfred Pickles, Jimmy Hill, Arfur Daly or Doris Day ever again.
