Dr. Sang Bok Lee earned his M.Div. from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, Evanston, Illinois and a Ph.D.
encompassing Psychology, Neuroscience, and Religion form Northwestern University as well as completed AAMFT-accredited two-year post graduate program in marital and family therapy at the Family Institute,
Northwestern University. As a leading figure in multicultural hermeneutics and clinical neurotheology, Dr. Lee has spent over twenty years engaged in teaching and researching in both South Korea and United States. His repertoire includes works on dream interpretation, positive psychology, multicultural family therapy, and connections between brain science, religion, and healing, notably featured in the "Brain, Psychotherapy, and Consciousness" series. Since he set up Transforming Bible Study (TBS) Series, this book, The Gospel of John is his first book to be released to initiate TBS project by using his interdisciplinary study method by employing his intensive research and teaching background in theology, neuroscience, family therapy, and psychotherapy.
