The academic book titled Fruit Science: Cultivation, Technology, and Importance of Tropical and Subtropical Fruits covers various aspects of fruit cultivation, including their nutritive and cultural significance, origin, history, and distribution, taxonomical and botanical description, climatic and soil adaptability, propagation technology and rootstocks, plant and fruit physiology, recommended and popular cultivars, soil cultural practices technology, plant cultural practices technology, special problems, harvesting and production of fruits, post-harvest fruit technology, insect-pests and diseases management, and marketing and export potential. The book consists of three sections, with each section covering a specific number of sub-tropical fruits in order of their importance.
