This book explores the evolving intersection between sexuality, aging, and artificial intelligence (AI). With a critical and empathetic lens, it sheds light on a subject often overlooked in public discourse and technological development: the sexual experiences of older adults. As AI increasingly mediates sexuality and relationships, it shapes intimate experiences and connection in later life. Built around a qualitative study with 783 older participants, this book integrates person-centered, interdisciplinary insights based on the perspectives of older adults, who are rarely considered in discussions about technology and sexuality. It aims to fill a critical gap by offering practical insights for older adults, developers, policymakers, and educators, while promoting inclusive, ethical and human-centered AI systems. The book seeks to empower older adults, inform ethical innovation, and reframe aging through increased value, agency, and knowledge. It will interest researchers in gender and sexuality studies, gerontology, psychology, digital sociology, sexual health, and AI ethics.
