Kevin agrees to undergo cryopreservation, believing he is stepping into a future where science might one day save him. But what comes after is not what he expected.
He awakens in a world that feels real, yet impossibly distant. Cities are silent. Humanity is gone. Only humanoid systems remain, governed by an intelligence called Justine-an entity that seems to know him better than he knows himself.
Guided through an advanced, abandoned civilization and confronted with fragments of a reality that refuses to remain consistent, Kevin begins to suspect that something is deeply wrong.
