Documentary telling the story of two boys from the Brazilian slums ('favelas') who dream of becoming professional surfers. Best friends Fabio (13) and Naama (12) have grown up in Favela do Pavao, an enormous slum near Arpoador Beach in Rio de Janeiro. The boys spend as much time as they can surfing on their favourite beach, and dream of winning the annual surfing contest.
